  1. Is there a code of conduct?

    By registering for this conference, attendees agree to abide by the following code of conduct.

    Our conference is dedicated to providing a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion (or lack thereof), or technology choices. Harassment of conference participants or volunteers in any form is unacceptable. Conference participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the conference without a refund at the discretion of the conference organizers.

    The organizers will enforce this code throughout the event. We expect cooperation from all participants to help ensure a safe environment for everybody.

  2. Can a letter for visa application be requested?

    Any citizen of a foreign country who wishes to enter the United States must first obtain a non-immigrant visa for temporary stay for persons who want to enter the United States temporarily for business (B-1) to attend a scientific, educational, professional, or business convention or conference.
    Conference participants who need an official invitation letter for VISA application should send their requests to here.

    Please include: - Last/Family Name; - First Name; - Gender; - Date of Birth; - University/Company; - Passport Number; - Country of Issue; Complete Mailing Address (For Applicants needing original letter).

    An electronic copy (pdf) of a signed invitation letter will be sent to the requester via e-mail, unless you request for the original to be mailed to you.
